1. Can you tell me more about Snapmor?

I have been making DVD slideshows for myself for years. I travel quite a bit, so it's my favorite way to share my pictures. Several friends started asking if I would create DVD slideshows for them...I realized there are lots of people that would be interested in this service, so Snapmor.com was born. My husband knows how to create websites, so he manages the website and I manage the production of Snapmor Memories DVD slideshows. These DVDs are such a unique and rewarding way to view pictures, I'm glad I can provide this service to the public! 

2. What if I have a printed photograph I'd like to include in my DVD movie? 

Snapmor only accepts digital images. If you have a snapshot or slide you'd like to include you will need to scan the image first. Your photos are too precious to be sent in the mail...to me, it's not worth the risk.  

3. How do I get my pictures to Snapmor? 

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for sending your pictures and music selections to us. You will have two options: emailing your photos or sending us a CD with your pictures burned on it. Please remember we only accept digital images. Please do not mail actual photos.

4. When can I expect to receive my DVD slideshow? 

Typical turn around time is 10-15 days. If you need your DVD in a hurry, include a rush fee with your order and we'll complete it within 5 days.

5. What if I don't know what music to choose?

We prefer that you select songs to accompany your pictures. Individuals have very different musical tastes and we want you to be happy with your DVD slideshow. However, if needed, we can provide some suggestions.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?

Snapmor uses PayPal as our secure payment processor. Payments are accepted by credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, or a PayPal balance.

7. How many pictures go to a song?

A rough estimate is about 8-10 seconds per picture. That includes the time the picture is presented and transition effects. That can vary though, depending on the number of pictures and type of song (For slower songs, transitions are also slow; for fast pace songs, transitions are sped up to match the "mood" of the song)

8. What if I'm not happy with my DVD?

Due to the individuality of each order and the amount of time to create a custom DVD, Snapmor does not offer refunds. I've never had any complaints at all, but if for some reason you are not satisified with you DVD contact me and I will be more than happy to alter/change your DVD to your liking within 30 days.
